A Million Miles and a Jump Rope!  – The World of Rope Jumping.  Since its inception Mark has personally driven more than 1,000,000 miles on the highways and by-ways of America to perform over 10,000 live shows for more than 5,000,000 young people!  His powerful message is:  “Stay fit, stay drug free and always try your best!”  Mark’s shows are always action packed and inspirational through his electrifying rope jumping exhibitions!

As part of this journey, Mark has been fortunate to have established two Guinness World Records for more than 22 hours and 36 hours of continuous rope jumping.  He has produced a series of rope jumping instructional and workout videos which have been distributed to physical educators worldwide.  Mark was further honored as the solo performer for the President of Singapore to commemorate The World Healthy Heart Expo which welcomed in the new millennium.


For the humbling and profound recognition of induction into the National Fitness Hall of Fame (2011), Mark credits his family for providing the proper foundation and a strong work ethic.  He further thanks his friends, physical educators and our youth for their   support. Mark also pays homage to his mentor, Mr. Jack LaLanne, and to all of the “Pioneers in Fitness” for creating this fantastic – and only – way of life!
